im getting sick and tired of this bland new skin and im thinking of revamping it
but alas, my incoherent knowlege of html proves itself to be, well, incoherent.
today i got quite a bit of stuff.
after lunch at Mos Burger, i headed over to Taka to mull over Silly Sunshine, Desert Rose and Peachy Pie. PONIES just like the one Summer Roberts has! :D
i didnt take long; only from 4 - 6.15pm. Janelle even came down to help me chose. haha.

im not telling. haha.
after that i went to Chinatown to buy some ribbons and felt.
and then over to IKEA and got me a coats rack(just like my little barbie), a sewing kit, measuring spoons, and a white swivel chair. :D i like.
then i made me mum get shoe racks, red curtains, cutlery container, toiletry rack and some other random stuffs. our house is gonna look SO SO GOOD.
i should be happy, or even euphoric really, having bought so mcuh stuff. but im not.
these are merely material possesions. on the other hand, certain friendships are going bust. in one friendship i can only address my friend curtly, or with glaringly obviously cynical undertones; there's nothign else i can do with the state its is. in another, i try to avoid her as much as possible; painful, seeing that we've been such good friends once. with the last, ive been trying to salavge it. trying is the active word, passive is what ive been rather.
sigh.
but oh wells. i did get me quite a number of items.
as always, this is as good as its gonna get. cause SUNSHINE MAKES ME HIGH. (:

and then my comp crashed, twice.

how my heart hurt so bad was incredible.
now when i watch the last few eps on tv again, i remember how i once loved it.

today as i was leaving for work, i took the lift down.
as it went from 12th floor, to the 9th floor, something landed and splattered behind me.
it was transparent, gooey and thick.
no prizes for guessing what it is.
i was all alone in the bloody lift and phlegm comes out of nowhere?!
so i peered at the ventilation strips.
eeee. then i imagined green eyeballs with red irises staring back at me.
needless to say, i got freaked.
just when this tapping sound occurred, repeatedly from the 9th level to the 1st.
all while a 2 min ride in the lift from the 12th floor to the 1st.
snort.
and i charged out of the lift, right in the bright day light.
my neighbours must think im mad.

the hotel, pathuwan princess, was great.
the flight was good. thai airways.
and the shopping was AWESOMEEEEEE.
mersa and i slept in room 1812, and the parents, in 1814.
hahahaha. so mersa and i ate in bed, watched the telly till we slept, and laughed the night through.
i dont really wanna narrate every single detail of the trip, so ill just blog the interesting stuffs now.
funny event no.1 - day 3, tuesday evening.
after shopping in siam square, me and mersa wanted a pic taken on this bench right in front of the road.
so we asked mummsy to take a pic for us fro the street opposite. the thing was, she walked over, and stood right smack in the middle of the road.
hahaahha and for about 5 mins while she attempted to use the cam, cars were honking at her mercilessly while me and mersa desparately tried to motion her to the other side of the street.
yet she stood there and clicked clicked clicked away.
the results? ahahha. pictures of me and mersa laughing our arses off at our dearest mummsy- all blurred.
funny event no. 2 - day 3, tuesday night.
after dinner at the food court and all, we went back to our rooms to slack off.
because, we had shopped at almost every possible place.
me and mersa were tucked into our beds, packing the many things we bought when our dad came over to our room.
for a while he merely sat in the chair and watched the telly with us.
but when the phone rang and mum asked where dad was, my sis lied, and my mum got all in a panic. naturally, my sis vocalised whatever my mum said.
and then. my dad proceeeded to giggle, jerk his butt and shake his hands simultaneously, and repeatedly - in a nicer sense, dance.
hahahahahahaah by the time i got my cam out and took a uber short video of my dad, he collapsed back onto his chair, shaking his head muttering ''terrible, terrible''.
hahaha. all the while, he was only downing COCA COLA.
funny event no. 3 - day 4, wednesday noon.
we were trudging back to the hotel, cause it was just bout time to leave for the airport.
i was leading the pack, when i heard a monkey call, twice.
when i turned, it was my mum.
her feet had been caught in some crack on the pavement, and she was stumbled.
no no. this is not funny.
only the monkey calls -- ahhh! ahhhh!!
the sound made was incredibly alike to a monkey and caused me and mersa to burst out in giggles till i was on a major guilt trip. even two guys who walked past gave our family weird lookks. ahah who cares.
funny event no. 4 - day 4, wednesday night.
we alighted. back in singapore!! at the airport, me and mersa went to shop at the dutyfree area, while the parents went ahead to get the bags and stuff.
so we walked and shopped for some while, before my mum calls.
turns out my sis has my mum's passport.
hahaha so my poor mum had to come shopping with us.
lucky she didnt show my sis's passport to the immigration.
imagine their shock when they see the birthyear, 1990 and my mum's face.
thats loads i blogged eh. there's tons more.
and im honestly thinking of living in bangkok for a month after my As, working there and living there. serious. i cant wait!! :D:D anyone wanna come along?
and if anyone's looking for a singaporean tour guide to shopping in bangkok, HERE I AM!! HERE HERE!! im being serious here. :D i dont mind earning bucks for shopping.
anyways. here's some places for good shopping in bangkok that i found. you can trust me, im a fashionista. ha.
-- siam square : its very chinatown-like, only that they sell real preeetttayyyyyyy stuffs that are GREAT deals.
-- chatuchat WEEKEND market : only open on sat and sun till 6. its sweltering, and overcrowded. but the deals, are OUT OF THIS WORLDDDDDD!! :D:D:D
-- ice cream stall: at the edge of siam square, there's this lil cute fried icecream stall that serves it up with a yummy topping (choc, strawberry, milk, orange, etc..), sprinkles (choc or rainbow) and delicious jelly toppings. it was heavenlyyyy!!! go find it. its only 15 bahtt!!
ps: you HAVE to bargainnnnn! try cutting half the price first, then work yr way up. ;)

haha. perhaps some of you would find this entry inundatingly bilious and me being a charlatan. nyah nyahhhhh. i dont care one bit.
i started work today, my very first shift at my very first job. in harbourfront, somewhere there. :) im not telling, i have to be nebulous so nobody finds me. haha. at first i was rhapsodic bout it because its the start of my opulence to come. through the shift, i was rather maladroit, and hence mortified. but i soon got used to it. with it came a ANNOYING boy who imitated all my actions and a china guy whom i couldnt understand. haahha. honestly! i was so throughly annoyed that in veracity, ill say that it even pained the voluble me to start a conversation with them.
halfway through the shift i realised that working was actually sophorific, and i was experiencing extreme torpor.i still am now though. zzzzzzzzzzzz.
ok i woke up. ahhh. forget it. i know there's loads of vacuous peers reading this now, and are prolly thinking ''she is so grandiloquent and totally not esoteric, like what she's trying to be!'' ahha. How many of you here can think that, ill ruminate.
